Pacific TCG Store Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pacific TCG Store.

At Pacific TCG Store, we ensure that all our customers receive their products in perfect condition. We take great care in handling and packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at pacifictcgstore@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at pacifictcgstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue promptly.

For an item to be eligible for return due to damage or defect, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Change of Mind/Refunds for Pre-Orders We understand that you may be excited to receive your products. Here are some important points to consider when placing pre-orders:

A pre-order is an item not yet in stock, available for pre-purchase to secure the product, especially for limited releases. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change without notice, based on information from our distributors and manufacturers.

Refunds or cancellations for pre-orders are allowed under specific circumstances. All pre-order items are clearly marked on our website. Customers should verify whether an item is a pre-order before purchasing.

If a customer decides to cancel a pre-order, Pacific TCG Store offers two options:

1. A refund of 50% of the total order value (e.g., for a $100 pre-order, $50 will be refunded).
2. An exchange for products of equivalent value, subject to stock availability (e.g., exchanging a $100 pre-order item for other products worth $100).
