ORDER PROCESSING:
Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know we have received your order! Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship off your order.

STORE PICKUP: Sydney 2033
Orders can be picked up daily during allocated hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING: 

We offer both standard and Express shipping with Australia Post domestically and Internationally. Shipping fees vary due to the weight of each product. This is calculated at checkout. Australia Post 'Standard' delivery option is usually between 2-7 days and 'Express' option is usually between 1-2 days.

Tracking number with Australia Post is sent through in a separate confirmation email.
